  • This one my first time at this location and I will not be going back. To be honest this location could use some serious revamping. The outside looks pretty shabby and the therapists look far from professional. To add salt to the wound the aesthetician was running 45 minutes late for her appointments (there was a lady waiting for her and I had an appointment scheduled with her later). Then at 11:30am, the time of my first appointment , I was told the therapist doing my massage was not coming in. Wish I had known before I drove all the way there and sat waiting for about 20 minutes. I ended up canceling both of my treatments since they weren't going to be able to do my massage and I didn't want to wait almost three hours for my facial (the two hours till my appointment time plus 45 minutes, since the aesthetician was running late).
