I went in 2 weeks ago for a issue with my 2015 Ford Focus transmission. They could not see me that day, which was fine, I made an appointment for 2 days later advising I would drop off the car the night before. Apparently, you need and appointment to just drop off, I thought that was strange. Anyhow, day before my drop off appointment they called stating they were too busy and needed to reschedule for the following week.
We made the appointment for this Tuesday to drop it off the bench repaired Wednesday. On Monday they called again stating again they are too busy and need to reschedule for the following week. New appointment for Thursday, but I asked if this will be rescheduled and they said maybe.
I will start to use another dealership that actually wants my business and not just jerk me around.
Will never use Earnhardt Ford again.
PS went I one other time for a warranty issue, they did a repair which did NOT fix the problem, but said they can only look at it once regardless of whether it is fixed or not. Horrible service
