  • This is literally one of the worst businesses I have ever had to deal with! I bought a full kitchen set (refrigerator, stove, over range microwave, dishwasher) from this place on 06/23/2017 (Friday). The salesperson was nice and professional so I thought everything was being taken care of ... wrong. 1st delivery attempt: They deliver the appliances a week later on Saturday (07/01/2017) and not 2 hours goes by before the refrigerator is leaking from the bottom, all over my brand new (less than 24 hours old) hardwood floors. So naturally I call RC Willey's customer service department only to have some lady basically tell me tough cookies I have to deal with it until Tuesday. It took me 3 more calls and an aggravated call with a manager to get someone out just to stop the leak. Of course my new refrigerator won't be available until Thursday but I was assured I would be called the day before regarding my delivery time. 2nd delivery attempt: Well not only did I not get a call but I'm told that calling the day before is not even the procedure at RC Willey so I get a call the day of delivery saying I need to create a 3 hour period during my work day to sit at home and wait for my delivery.... I couldn't do it so I had to reschedule. I spoke with yet another customer service representative who made it apparent that my problems were not her problems and was rescheduled for Friday 07/07/2017 after 5pm. 3rd delivery attempt: So I get a call that morning saying my 3 hour window was 4:30pm to 7:30pm so I leave work early (I don't want them coming at 4:30pm and me hearing excuses for why my refrigerator wasn't delivered). I wait... and wait... and wait some more. At 7:00pm I call customer service to get an ETA on my delivery because I have somewhere to be by 8:00pm and of course the delivery drivers aren't answering and she cant do anything for me but I should call back at 7:30pm. I do and same thing no answer. I leave my home at 7:45pm, 10 minutes later I get a call from the delivery driver saying they are 5 minutes away.... So I have to reschedule... again. But of course there's no one who can deliver until Tuesday. Now there were no issues when it was time to take my money and they made sure they had it off my account within 24 hours, we are now approaching 3 weeks without my refrigerator and I have already lost over $200-$300 in wages waiting for delivery people who never came. I AM DONE! I told them to provide me with a refund and just bought my refrigerator at Lowe's (I even saved a few dollars doing it). I will never make the mistake of shopping at RC Willey again.
