| - So for this trip to Vegas, we stay at Bellagio.
Of course we all know this to be the home of the awesome fountains in the front, or maybe even their buffet...or the neat little garden area they have...but unless you stay here, you don't see how it's ran (obviously lol).
Upon check in-it was insane, granted we were here for a conference, so everyone else arrived around the same time. The line was outrageous, took about 15 mins to get to the front.
Of course the staff was courteous-but the front desk guy tried to up sell us a little too hard. We knew we would hardly be in the room, no need for a suite.
The rooms were clean and stocked with everything needed. Housekeeping was attentive. No complaints here.
We did use the concierge, which the gentleman was nice but we never did get a call back regarding the club in Bellagio, as he said we would. Not cool.
The hotel/casino is huge. I've been in it several times before but never knew the extent of it u too I stayed there and attended a conference there.
The casino is chilly, I'd say even more chilly than others. Not a bad thing except to those like me who get cold easily.
Security at the elevators could use some ramping up. I've stayed in other hotels that had tighter security than Bellagio....like Venetian. Hell, even Sunset Station in Henderson has tighter security.
For clothes laundering, they could use a little bit more organization in taking the orders.
Overall, it was a great experience. Great place to stay with clean rooms. I'd definitely stay here again.
