ok so it has been a couple of weeks, so I called back Lowes their Protection service to see about my claim, and the nice tech MARTIN that was at our home that didn't fix our freezer cause he told us it needed a new compresser ....Well on his report he wrote he adjusted the air flow!!!!!!! REALLY its unplugged doesn't even work .....great work from authorized appliance repair!!!!!!!! how bout hiring some people that know what they are doing
