Reserved a room with option for king or two queens. Arrived early at 11 AM and was told no rooms with two queens available. Apparently others had booked all the doubles.
I could understand this had there been an option on Marriot.com to do just that but there is not. So, as a gold member, I got to sleep on a roll away bed.
Apparently you have to call the hotel to get two beds. What a pain! Nobody got time for that!
