Bought two tires and asked that a third tire be patched. They confirmed it could be patched and agreed to do so. Went to Maine and back. Still dealing with a slow leak and discovered the nail is still in the tire. Went back, explained that they neglected to fix it, and was assured it would be taken care of quickly. After thirty minutes, looked into the bay to gauge progress. One car in one bay. Four empty bays. Guys hanging out chatting. My car never left the parking lot. Asked for keys back. No apologies given. A colleague gives hearty accolades to customer service at Discount Tires on York Road. Going there from now on.
