  • BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL--BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a Groupon in early May for the 6 hour cleaning. After 3 weeks of multiple calls an unidentified person finally texted me back and arrangements were made for today between 9am-10am only after providing the Groupon code. I called 2x on Tuesday and 3x Wednesday to confirm with no response. Called again this am and finally someone answered and confirmed the appointment. Well it's now 11am and no one is here, has called or returned my multiple calls or texts. Fortunately I reached out to Groupon and received a refund.
