I thought I would try Brio again during Arizona Restaurant Week to see if anything improved from my first visit. Again, the service was not what one would expect for this establishment. Our drink glasses went empty and nobody noticed. I had to ask for more. Usually, restaurants with these price points are more concerned about keeping drink glasses full. Some of the time it felt like we were on auto pilot. I was trying to get some balsamic and olive oil for my bread. It took awhile for the server to come back to check on out table. The kitchen runners just drop and run. Also, I noticed some flies in the dining room and a lady at the nearby table stood up to swat at flies. She asked me if I noticed the flies and if I was having any trouble with flies. There is nothing like swating flies and trying to keep them out of your dinner. There were some very frustrating circumstances about dining here tonight.
