The previous reviews of this place seem pretty brutal. I'm not sure I get it or had the same experience. When booking a hotel, you get what you pay for. I know that a Fairfield is not the Ritz Carlton and don't expect it. This Fairfield looks like most other Fairfields and is relatively updated. The walls are a little thin (thanks go out to my neighbor who had his tv on ALL night). The staff I met was extremely friendly and helpful.
Bonus points for a free all you can eat breakfast, indoor pool, and easy to access free wifi.
I stayed with Marriot rewards points so the stay was literally free and thus I cannot comment on value. However, based on past experience I would think you could get in here for around 120 a night. That seems pretty reasonable based on what I saw.
Last tip - although the address is on Colorado, the entrance to the parking lot is on a side road. If you keep going down Colorado towards the McDonald's you will miss the entrance.
