  • Brought kids to eat and play with their friends, who were celebrating a birthday. I know it's a McDonalds and my expectations are not high, but one thing I do expect is clean. The men's room was disgusting. There was feces on the toilet seat and my son couldn't use it as a result. The floors throughout the play area and restaurant were littered with food and spills. The staff apparently are unable to figure out the purpose of a mop. It sat halfway out of the supply closet the entire time I was there - nearly two hours. Not once did anyone wipe down tables, leaving it up to customers to sanitize their dining area. Well below my expectations for the largest restaurant chain on the planet.
