  • Two bad experiences here. First time a terrible detail on car. Had to bring it back to redo wax left on car and they didn't vacuum before shampooing so ground dog hair into carpet. Had to fight to get it done right. Brought back truck for car wash several mos later and turned car off and radio off so antenna went down and when they started car to drive through wash antenna goes up they didn't put it down so it bent. When told they bent it rather than discussing rudely stated we brought it in that way??? After back and forth conceded it went up when they started car and had to push to have them fix. No level of customer service at all very disappointing. Blaming customer and walking away is not a good way to do business, happened both times.
