If I could rate them below a 1- I would!!
This is seriously the WORST customer service I have ever encountered!
We changed TV providers because we were offered a much cheaper rate. We bundled with Century Link again (have a current account with old TV provider bundle)- we were told that we would get a new account and a $25/month cheaper bill.
We were told no new modem would be needed, one was purchased 2 years prior. When a tech arrived, he said our modem wasn't compatible and a new one would be delivered. He left and we no longer have any internet...my husband called and was transferred to 4 different people, over an hour on the phone only to find that we need to change our modem.
I have now been on the phone for 1 hour and 10 minutes, been transferred 5 different times telling me someone would help me....and gotten NO answers, other than my old account was $55.00/month for slower speeds than the new account for $29.99 (because that makes sense). My new account, cheaper but needs a new modem. I requested them just to keep my modem that is working perfectly fine and give me the $29.99 rate...of course this person can't help me...so waiting for yet another costumer service rep.
I honestly have never experienced something so terrible in my life! I wouldn't wish dealing with century link people on my worst enemy!!!!!
