  • Well, I am a bit shocked at the Crown Plaza! Im staying at this one for a month for work so... Now I have stayed at various Crown Plaza hotels but this one here I had a bit of issues with. First let me say that the rooms are clean the beds are comfy and the staff is MEH, neither nice nor mean. Now on the other hand the staff in the restaurant were horrible and super rude. I went to order breakfast and the waitress (which was awesome given the circumstances) was taking my order and her manager walked up DID NOT say excuse but instead started to talk over me while my order was being taken. I just sat there seeing how I was cut off so damn rudely and waited to see if she would acknowledge that fact. Of course she didn't just continued to talk and scold the new waitress right at my table. After a second I said "excuse me" and the woman just looked at me and rolled her eyes!!!!!! The food was cold and horrible by the time it reached my table and the two other women just stood behind the counter gossiping about the new waitress. Poor girl was trying to tend to all of the tables on her own. I left my entire plate disgusted by the food as well as their behavior. Now, the hotel over all always smelled clean and well kept, and the manager was the nicest person in the place. I was very disappointed that they had no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms! Even motel 6 has that convenience. Come on!
