rev:text	The only thing saving this review from being a 1 star is the fact that I got a discount for waiting. I pull up and there is nobody waiting to get a smog. The tech is in his little office talking to someone,pokes his head out and says I'll be with you in just a moment. OK good start. I then end up waiting for probably 10 minutes.I honestly have no idea why I didn't just leave if I am the only person there why am I waiting? There are literally smog places on every corner and I could've driven not even a mile to go somewhere else with a five star review. That was my mistake. Once he. Finishes with whoever he is speaking with he comes out takes my Vin number and is on the phone. Once he's done with his phone call he motions for me to give him the keys. Excuse the hell out of me! I'm sorry I find it very unprofessional and not very kind to just stick your hand out and not say "can I please have the keys" or "hey can I see your keys?" No he just put his hand out expecting keys. Now this is not my first smog I know they need keys but there is a way you could nicely ask for them or just ask for them I'm not a dog, don't motion for me to give you keys. He doesn't seem to be very friendly he doesn't make any conversation, not that I'm expecting any because this is the smog and not a manicure. I've come here in the past and had great service I will never come here again just for the fact that I had to wait when I was the only person there and then that the tech was not even trying to be nice to make up for the wait. The discount was nice but I could go somewhere cheaper without having to wait.
