  • Although the salesperson was friendly, I've never experienced such an oppressive, customer hostile store experience of any kind, anywhere! Bought a table without asking about their policies which were: No returns (who does that???) Paperwork to sign and initial as though I was buying a house! Must pick up item 9 miles away at their warehouse 4 days after the sale! Add to that $69.00 if I wanted it assembled (4 screws) and delivered. Canceled the order and went to RC Willy and bought a table better suited to my needs. Price $69.00 assembled and delivered! If you are so unfortunate as to find yourself at Ashley Furniture, be certain to ask ALL questions before making a purchase.
