  • Started talking to them after one of the bulbs went out on my Ford Fusion Hybrid. After doing some research. The process to replace them was extensive and I just simply wasn't getting sufficient output from them anyway. Spoke with a close friend who is a service manager, at a local dealership. He said due to the risks involved..it's pbest to go to a reputable place. He names a few places but recommended Vegas HID. Best part I already went through yelp requesting quotes and this place had responded first. The quote request was simple. I'd like a quote request for my 2014 ford fusion hybrid HID Headlights. Chad aka guy behind the HUGE DESK. He responded to my messages on yelp and he was very knowledgeable. After i decided it was time. He even managed to schedule me in on the same day. As soon as i arrived he checked me in and we went through each part. The bill was itemized and he went over each piece. He also kept everyone informed and we had an exceptional conversation about everything from being a Vegas local to video games to just about everything. He and Alex kept me engaged and come t with waiting. Despite knowing that my car would take a whole lot longer than every other car would due to a full front bumper removal being required. (Yes If is really required stupid ford but still a great car.) I looked the process up in advance no way would I have been able to finish this within a reasonable amount of time. Carlos - Main Tech on your vehicle - Took off front bumper, installed and tested your new HID lighting system, and Alex - Tech - Assisted with front bumper removal and set up wiring for the HID system to be installed Thanks guys.
