rev:text	Not really happy so far....I bid in a school auction for a full set, called to make the appointment and had to plan my morning according to that since it takes 2.5 hours (including cleaning and check out). When I arrived, whoever took my appointment forgot to add it on the system....so I had to reschedule. They apologized by giving me a free refill and put me with some "senior cilist", since the receptionist wanted me to have a "good experience".... The day of the appointment I received a call to cancel my appointment again since the cilist called in sick but offered me another opening in 30 min...So I had to rush to get there... My lashes didn't look as full as my friends' that get the same done somewhere else, in a fact they didn't complete the whole lash line so I had to ask the cilist to complete both eyes....but worse, I ended up with a pretty red eye as if something was getting inside it.... I called again and they got me in right away with a master cilist to check the problem and it went fine so I asked to have my next appointment with her. I was advised though, that because she was a master cilist I would need to pay more than with any other girls. Of course you don't play with your eyes so I'd rather have it done with whoever is most qualified....but even if a senior hairstylist or make up artist might charge more...I've never heard of a senior nail or wax specialist, since they pretty much follow the same procedure...Does it means that other girls are not as careful, as fast or the eye doesn't look as good at the end??? I'm still waiting on the refill but I'm already having second thoughts of keep going to this place.
