  • I am very disappointed with Fanco fans. I spent over $4,000 in this store and have not had very good luck. Two days after installation the fan stopped working and I was told I needed to take it down and bring to the store. I said so you now want me to pay to have fun taken down when I just paid to have it installed. Not going to happen. So one of the employees came to have fix it. A year later it stopped working again. I paid $125.00 for a service repair call to find out that a portion of the light motor was bad. I called the store and spoke to Andy who troubled shooter with the repair company and identified the issue. This was on June 3,2016 that Andy committed he would order the part. On June 24,3016 I called the store to inquire and the person found no notes about ordering the part. He took my name and number and said he would check with Andy and call me back. I will repost when I have an update. I have had No trouble with the fans I purchased at Lowe's, which cost much less. Stay away from this place!
