We ate at Gaetano's last night. Mr. Gaetano was not working last night but he has two sons that do. The waiter (the loud son) was engaging and passionate about the food and the off menu specials.
We started with a buffalo mozzarella salad that was very tender and fresh. We shared a stuffed artichoke that was delicious and reminded me of my grandmothers. We ordered a rib eye (with all the fat cut off), veal rav, veal parm and eggplant pasta dish. All were great.
