  • I started visiting Verve 360 and Doc Jeff the chiropractor after meeting him at a friend's backyard get-together, and come here primarily for the chiropractic and the massage services. However, the space also has a salon on the first floor and a yoga studio for classes for yoga and aerial yoga. [I believe that's what it's called] The location is lovely and convenient, directly downtown for those who wish to get a quick adjustment on their lunch break in. The front desk service is very pleasant and helpful when making appointments in person and on the phone. Additionally, you are able to make appointments via email for which you receive online confirmation, will send you a reminder when you haven't visited in a while and pleasant with happy holiday wishes. I like this a lot. Doc Jeff himself is a quite a happy character. Vibrant and charismatic, he makes you feel right at home before he delicately and precisely breaks your neck ehm... I mean adjusts you back into place. I have a habit of breaking my body on a semi regular basis. Also, he will email you relevant information regarding supplements and fitness explanations so you have an idea of how you got yourself tangled up wrong, and show you stretches to help your flexibility. He will also scorn you when you don't do your stretches at home, which is me... every single time. [and I wonder why I'm broken]. In my case, Jeff has gone above and beyond when I call him from an emergency neck pain from doing headstands at crossfit and woke up at 6:00am unable to turn my neck, he made sure somebody with the right skills was able to meet me as soon as they opened and arrived himself directly from a weekend in Cleveland [this was Monday morning] as soon as he could rather than in the afternoon. Above and beyond, because that's the kind of friend he has become. If your insurance allows, be sure to schedule in a massage afterwards. Jeff will prep your masseuse on what he just adjusted to compliment your adjustment, which is great. The masseuses themselves are lovely, each girl/guy having their own style. I just had one recently that stretched your muscles while she worked out the pain, which I absolutely love [see, if someone else did it, I would do my stretches every day!]. Definitely have and will continue to recommend to my friends.
