Nothing beats the workout you will receive at The Dailey Method. This form of exercise works your entire body from top to bottom. You'll work on strength and flexibility. It's the only type of exercise that I can do daily and after over a year of doing it still be sore on a daily basis. . . that's sore in a great way! I became so addicted to TDM that I am now an instructor in Naperville, IL (where we rock too!).
