  • Don't be fooled by the nice property and pool area. This place is an absolute hell hole. There are bugs all over our apartment constantly and every time we try to get anything done about it they just say "it's a time of the year that there's a lot of bugs." Our upstairs neighbors are extremely loud we have filed multiple complaints and nothing has been done about it, then the upstairs neighbors proceeded to ask my girlfriend if she would take them to go buy drugs. And when she said no and her friend made a rhetorical remark they proceeded to bang on our front door and hop onto our balcony and bang on our sliding glass door, the police were called and when we told the front office about what happened nothing was done about it. And they still proceed to harass her whenever they see her and threaten her. We didn't receive our check in the mail which said it was delivered but just magically disappeared and that appears to be a common issue here based on what everyone says. For $1010.00 a month for a single bedroom this is a disgrace, please stay away and do yourself a favor.
