  • I would like to clarify something: My retired mother was willing to help me out because I was at work. She was honest and said she signed the paperwork at the end of the move without checking the tv. She does not know much about electronics (I help her out with her electronic needs) and did not know how to set up a 4K tv. She spent the day generously straightening up my new place. When I got to my new residence from work I plugged in the tv and noticed it had been broken. Also I have not made contact with the company because I was informed they would not be reimbursing me for the tv and I did not want to be accused of harassing them.
