  • Customer service is amazing here. I've been coming to Neiman Marcus Fashion Show for 28 years easy Jolee is awesome. I can text her what I'm looking for and she will start sending me photos and ideas Then I chose what I want. She wraps it and ships it that day. She is doing all my shopping for me for Christmas this year The Chanel dept is a darling boutique within Neiman's with everything from the latest bag to great jewelry glasses and scarves It's really one of the best Neiman's I've been to and for me it's all because of the customer service.
