| - Out of the 3 columns of food on the board, a third of it is dedicated to veggie sandwiches and they can all be turned into a vegan sandwich. Awesome.
I got the meatless Mike (imitating a meatball sandwich). They also have a "hangover" special on Saturday and Sunday for ten bucks. This kind of feels like the perfect place for a COOL health conscious college kid (or a vegan college kid). I'll be coming back for sure to try out other items. I used to eat meat, so i really appreciate it when substitutes taste like meat or have similar texture, and this one definitely passed the test. The sandwich itself I ordered with tomato, lettuce, jalapeƱos, red onion, banana peppers, and paid the extra for avocado. (Avocado was worth it, it wasn't smooshy, and it was a good portion size). It was delicious, not overly salty, not mushy, and very satiating. This probably will scoot its way into my top 10 vegan restaurants of the valley. Highly recommend. (A side plus: because it's not 100 percent vegan you can come with those meat eating friends and they can't complain!)
