  • LVIC is a fine place to go skating. Two rinks and an active daily schedule yields plenty of ice time almost any time you want it. Are you looking for activities for your children? Do you want your kids to learn how to skate and/or play hockey??? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The building serves a purpose, but the staff doesn't. Apart from a total lack of communication, they are also completely disorganized. You'll be lucky to ever get a straight answer about anything because nobody really knows what's going on. The ice skating teachers praise and work with the students that excel in their classes, but they overlook the students that fall behind and leave them completely ignored. The youth hockey program is also laughable. The coaches are great, to be fair, but the people that run the program are completely clueless. Please, come here to skate and have fun, don't come here to try and learn anything. There are better options out there.
