My experience:
They advertise on Groupon, I bought the Groupon, booked the appointment, showed up on time and was rejected cause I booked through Groupon instead of booking directly with them. They were rude and unprofessional and tried to sell me on a baking soda paste for $20 on top. Aside from them wasting my time and money out of my day shortly just before Christmas, I had to also cancel my photo shoot and lost my $200 deposit. I'd love to be able to tell you about quality of their products/services, but unfortunately I can't cause I was turned away when I presented my Groupon to them that I purchased the day before my appointment. They were very rude. Their floors were dirty at their establishment and aside from their unprofessional attitudes, it looked looked like an unprofessional establishment. FYI, I'm not some bitter ex client, my Groupon would have to have been honoured in order for me to have been considered a client. It's your time and money, so you are welcome to go through all this yourselves if you don't believe me. I just don't want to see anyone go through what I did. Happy Holidays!
