  • I called prior to going down and they said they had my lenses in stock for the "1 hour" eye glasses. After browsing their terrible selection and waiting 1/2 hr too see someone they looked at my script and said we don't have your lenses in and it will be 7 days before we can get them. What a joke this place is. Unprofessional, rude and never even apologized for the mistake. I'll never go to LensCrafters again.
