  • First off, I had a major brain fart and showed up without my tickets. Not a problem! if you purchase your tickets via Ticket Master, they can look you up and print new ones (so you don't have to waste the money your just spent on parking, your parking spot - which there are plenty of, or have to drive home). Awesome. The venue is aesthetically pleasing. Didn't have issues with the staff as mentioned in other reviews. I enjoyed the lawn, however, I think it's fairly silly that you cannot bring a blanket on which to sit. Left mine in the car when I saw the stack next to the entrance gates. I saw Death Cab and Andrew Bird. The sound was good. The view was just fine from the lawn. I do think I might splurge on VIP section tickets in the future because I feel too old for the general admission "pit" most of the time and too old to sit on the ground. (Not saying I AM old, just that I feel that way, mind you.) I'll have to investigate how much prices are, however. 20-something ouncer of Blue Moon for $6.25 was refreshing. The weather was 70 and breezy - perfect night. I'll be back soon.
