  • I use to shop here on occasion if I needed any small parts or components. Went in recently because I was in the market for a new bike. Big budget, wanted a full suspension carbon bike. Was in there for 20 mins and the only customer (not anymore) in there. 2 employees behind the counter- neither acknowledged or asked if I needed help. They kept giving me this weird look- total attitude problem. Bottom line, if you are looking to buy a Pivot, Salsa, Rocky Mountain, or any other brand they carry, make sure you dont have questions or need help because this place wont help you. Surprised this place is in business. Ordered my Element 99 elsewhere.
