  • I called them on Monday for a cat neuter and was sure that they wouldn't be able to get us in for at least a few weeks. Surprisingly they said they had availability the next day. I was a little hesitant about using a low cost clinics for our cats neuter. I felt better as soon as we walked in. They were very knowledgable and the place was very clean. They advise that check in is 6:30-7:30 but you might wait an hour. We waited about 45 minutes. This is because they bring you and your animal in one at a time for weight, temp and an overall evaluation to see if they are healthy enough for surgery. The vet was very informative and kind. He made sure we didn't have any questions before we left. They keep them for a few hours after surgery and when they feel they are going okay they call you to pick up. They give you premeaured pain medicine and they made sure we were aware that we could call with any questions. I would definitely recommend. Especially for the price. Keep in mind, the reason they can do the surgeries quick and cheap is because they only do healthy and young animals.
