  • I'm not sure what happened to the previous commenter but with my all, I strongly believe that she may have been talking about a completely different company. I'm a huge fan of Safe Life Defense and Nick and the team are phenomenal! I've now had their vest for two and a half months and as part of my line of duty, I go to the range 3-4 times a month and there's never a day I practice without my Vest. It's absolutely comfortable and the most comfortable one I've ever worn. The lining is completely breathable and being that they are based in Las Vegas, NV demonstrates how much they pay attention to the necessity of having a valuable piece of equipment stay cool all year long. Being that it's been chilly and more lately here in Las Vegas, I can also vouch that the material will keep you warm as well. I recently worked as security for the Rugby Championship and without having a jacket, I was afraid that I'd be freezing but nope, I was kept warm by the lining and how it easily adjusted to the temperature. As for the overall comfort of the vest, it's thee best so far. I also wear it every day (because it isn't illegal), and under my jacket, and everyone who knows me knows that I can't stand wearing oversized clothing and the vest manages to remain discreet, concealed, and nice and snugged to my body. Lastly, to clear up anything about Nick and his awesome team, they are thee most nicest, humble, knowledgeable and friendly guys you'll probably end up meeting in the industry. Get to know them and you'll see where their hearts stand. I even became a fan of Nick before getting a vest and they are definitely a group of guys you just want to become friends with. I'm going back for Vest Design Number 2 soon as their Soft Armor can be switched back and forth between their models. And their warranty though, don't get me started on that one. It's the best right now!
