  • This is one of the things I look forward to when in Vegas. This time was no different. I craved for the burgers and oxtail fries only to be disappointed when I finally had my taste! Our party of 10 arrived around 11:45am. While the restaurant had a few diners already, we were told by the very rude guy up front that it would take 15-20 minutes so the staff can get caught up with orders. Totally fine except he was extremely rude about it. When we were finally seated our server was great. She took our orders and was pretty efficient. Our food arrived and we immediately noticed that it didn't look the way it did before. Nor was the flavors the same. My beloved favorite Bachi Burger was no longer the way it was before. I was extremely disappointed. Not only the food was a total disappointment but the whole place seemed to have been trashed! With only one restroom available, the womens, it was gross and very dirty. The owners need to invest in this place in order for this to survive long term. It is no longer the same Bachi Burger I waited hours for. It's now a place I will definitely avoid!
