I've shopped at Macy's P.V. mall since they opened there. It used to be an excellent experience. I could always find what I was looking for. Plenty of sales help to ring me out without too long of a wait. It has really changed. Now if you can find help you're lucky. The "customer service" who check you out seem to have just been hired that day and I've waited up to 20 minutes in line, (twice this week) to be rung up. I don't blame the employees, just management that tries to save money by not hiring enough people. Seems many companies these days work with skeleton crews and the customers pay the price. More often than not I don't have the time to wait in long check out lines anymore and wind up putting back what I spent so much time looking for and trying on.
