  • I will not be coming back to this dealership. I've stayed patient and loyal because I bought my truck there. It I've lost all my patience with the service shop. I had an 8am appointment, showed at 7:45am, and was told 1 hr to complete an oil change. 2 hrs later I was still waiting so I left. I wouldn't be so upset if I had been dealing with professional customer service employees. Stev was rude and lazy. He didn't show any concern for my schedule and seemed more interested in yelling into his 2-way radio. Finally, after the oil change, I drove to the Honda dealership to find out how much they charg for the same work and it was 30% less. Sorry Surprise Ford but you've lost me.
