  • Karen was really good! She listened to my needs and was extremely sweet! She focused on the areas I asked her too and repeatedly asked me how I was feeling/liking the pressure. Would recommend Karen! However, there was construction going on next door during my massage. I know this is not something Massage Envy could control at all, but it was still loud and unpleasant. Also, I had a 60 minute massage and it only seemed to last 45-50 minutes. This is slightly annoying because I paid for a 60 minute MASSAGE, not a 60 minute APPOINTMENT. Overall, I would give my experience with Karen, 4-5 stars... And my experience with Massage Envy, 3-4 stars.
