  • If I could give a half star I would. Because we used groupon we were given an appointment two weeks out. We arrived on time for the service and they said it would take in excess of three hours to perform a simple oil change . Those two facts tell me they treat discount customers disrespectfully and taking three hours to perform an oil change? They're in the wrong business. Unscrupulous, poor business PERIOD.
