  • Nicole and her staff are fabulous! They clearly love my dogs, and my dogs love them. We tried for years to get good dog care, and inevitably my old dog would sulk when the suitcases came out and frequently became ill by the time we returned from vacation. Not fun. Then we met Nicole. She came to our home, met the dog, and has arranged for sitters EVERY SINGLE TIME we have requested one, even on short notice due to sudden family illness. Now our dog sees the pullout bed being made, hops right up to wait for Hillary (her favorite sitter) and casually disregards the suitcases. What's more, they send me photos while I'm away so I don't miss my pups as much and I know they're safe and happy. Who could ask for more?
