Nothing is more honorable than ownership and trying to rectify a bad experience that you had no control over. I recently wrote a review for Bar1 in regards to an unpleasant interaction. I decided to change my review today because the Bar1 team reached out to me about what had occurred. I am very impressed with their initiative and the willingness to address the situation. Although I may never set foot back in that bar, Bar1 has made it clear that they value their customers and their business. Kuddos!
