  • I thought this would be a great deal for me and my girlfriend. Some staff members are rude. Roll their eyes if you ask a question, and they talk about other customers after they walk out. We purchased a few recommended products , and stared with a groupon. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy a membership , and then it seems like we got black listed at this place. Couldn't make appointments for 2 services back to back. Or we would show up for an appointment and they double booked. This happened several times before we just gave up trying. It's a shame, nice location , great products and services offered , but if you don't buy a 100$ per month membership , you might have the same issues we had. Also. My girlfriend showed up for her scheduled appointment and was told "she didn't make and appointment". As she waited for the bed to be available, she was surprised to see a planet beach employee walk out of the bed...
