  • Service tech came out to rental property to check ac as it was not cooling properly. Told me I needed a part for 900. So I called around to obtain additional estimates. Found another company that was willing to do it for much less. That other company came out and said Bruce's was trying to rip me off. Ended up paying 100 and ac is working fine.
