| - If I could give NO stars I would. First Ashley Furniture experience was a terrible one. In store experience was good, I have to admit Alejandra helped us purchase our of a dining room table and chair set, I already knew I wanted. It came with a "bundle" option to include a area rug and place settings/dinnerware. We opted for that and were told on the date of purchase on 2/4 we'd receive EVERYTHING 2/7. Fair enough right, wrong. The table and chairs came, the delivery guys didn't have the rug or settings but told me they'd be following shortly in a serrated courier since they were smaller items.
All the dates of delivery on my receipt said 2/7.
When the items never showed I called and was told they didn't ship, but would go out 2/14 via UPS as they were on back order.
After 2/17 no show, I call again, they have no tracking and tell me they don't do tracking on UPS items. WTF, ups always has tracking!?
This time they have no idea where anything is, I go back and forth and finally they tell me they are set to shipped via direct courier (whatever that means) on 2/24 back order again..
3/11 NO ITEMS RECIEVED!! I call and again, have no idea where anything is. I speak with manager Jessica at Glendale location and she has to email the warehouse. No one offers any kind of resolution! I'm now waiting for a $300 rug, $200 dinner set and $50 placemats...
I will not hold my breath on getting a follow up phone call and for sure will NEVER SHOP NOR RECOMMEND this store ever!
