  • Have been a long time Fabutan customer and never had any problem with their beds or mystic tans. A week before my sisters wedding I go in for a mystic tan (Kensington location) I wake up the next day with a mysterious rash on my neck. So I go back and let them know and the young girl working was genuinely concerned and tried calling her manager (who wouldn't answer her phone) I come back the next day to talk to the manager and she left 5 minutes before she knew I was going to be there. The manager left a message with the girl working to tell me "go to the doctor prove it's from here and we can give you a refund and a re spray" After this experience I will defiantly be switching to a different tanning salon that cleans their equipment properly. It's a shame because I have been a very loyal customer (along with my friends) for about ten years now and you can bet none of us will be stepping foot in one now!
