  • Ive been wanting to try Ds forever & I'm so thankful that we randomly decided to. I mean beer & hot dogs? how genius. our server was super friendly. he was also very knowledgeable on beers when my bf asked for suggestions. After hearing it was our first time and we were a little confused on how/where to get beer, he offered to help us pick some out that he and other patrons enjoy. Somehow bobby and i both ordered a chili cheese dog as well as a bacon cheddar. We shared a *small* cheese fry which was huge. Bobby took the servers suggestion of blue point's toasted lager. I tried it and it wasnt bad (im not a dark beer person) Our dogs were huge as well. We each ended up taking one home. After our meal we headed to both the cooler and beer cave area. The variety was endless! I wasn't familar with too many of the breweries, but i was excited to just get some and try them out. I ended up only choosing 2 of Hofbrahaus' Hefe Weizen (my fav!!!!) Bobby picked out 4 others that i will try. They had soooo many different options. I was excited to find beers from Hofbrahaus & Fat Heads. how cool.
