  • I had a horrible experience with this body shop. I had an inaccurate quote process (it was off by over $300). The time estimate was quoted for 1 week... I got it back almost 3 weeks later. They actually broke a part on my car door handle and said they would cover the expenses of the rental car from that point on. When they FINALLY finished it and rang up the bill they actually only covered part of the rental and when the manager was confronted with the option of doing the right thing he said: "I never have and never will cover the full expenses of a rental" and looked at me and just walked away. I will never return to this place and I highly suggest you take your business somewhere else. It is obvious they don't care about costumer satisfaction.
