  • I called within less than 24 hours to cancel and reschedule my appointment, as I had gotten called into work. The receptionist on the phone was very condescending and kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain why I needed to cancel. She put me on hold but didn't press the hold button and I heard the entire conversation. Then she comes back on stating that I need to pay $59 for my physical in order to reserve my spot. I asked why when I had every intention on coming in but had gotten called into work. She interrupted me yet again and made me feel dumb and unworthy stating that if I don't pay I cannot save my next appointment. Hey vaccine center, life happens and your receptionist needs manners.
