  • I was hoping save my beloved birken, sent it for repair at this shop. I received it in worst condition, he replaced the cork heel to black rubber, making it look crooked at the back. I return it calmly asking for it to be fixed as it is simple but he screamed and yelled at me telling me to leave his store and told me that my sandals is garbage. I truly had a horrible experience, and was treated poorly despite of my gentle approached. Please use this as a warning! There are more shoe repairs out there that value their business and loves their craft.
