  • My original purchase day was great. I had help when needed and i was on my way with a pick up window of Wednesday to Saturday or items would be returned. I show up to pick up at 8pm since my husband is military. This time was the only time i could get a relative to assist since we all work until 5. My sales assistant Carolyn never mentioned a time window that i had to use. She knew my husband was out of town for military reasons and i would have to get help. Im very disappointed in this store. Thank goodness the manager was able to pull my order. I dont think we will be back to shop for the rest of new house furniture.
