This didn't look at all like a traditional auto body repair shop. After getting at least 5 estimates on the repairs needed for a fender-bender (an SUV backed into our beloved 98 Buick Century and gently climbed up the front bumper, destroyed the right headlight, bent the hood and right fender). Joel and crew gave a careful estimate and called around for availability of parts. We knew the estimate was in line with reality because of its similarity with a couple of the estimates we had.
What was different was there were only a couple of cars on the lot that were not finished with their repairs. One body shop looked like a junkyard and we could hardly get into their lot to park and get an estimate. We felt comfortable with Joel's calm and friendly attitude and decided to use his shop for our repairs. We dropped off the car on Monday, were told it would be done by Thursday at the latest. Even though the headlight was the wrong model, they were able to get the correct one and have the car done by Thursday afternoon. The paint was matched perfectly and the car looked fantastic.
They paid attention to a decorative stripe and chrome accents and even fixed a chrome strip in the rear fender that wasn't part of the job.
I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants careful and attentive service and fair, respectful treatment.
